For us, thinking in terms of a certification has become a well-established practice.
Our efforts are characterized by the constant search for quality and innovation both in technical and procedural terms.
In 1999, we obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Certification, which was renewed annually, up to the most recent update to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This certification has the objectives of monitoring business processes and the steady rise in quality of products and services offered to customers.
In February 2006, our company obtained the certification for the more severe standard, ISO 14001, which is the certification dedicated to the environment.
This milestone allows us to further consider our reality at the forefront not only in economic terms, but also in terms of the environment and the society around us. We also obtained the product certifications needed for the wide range of our stainless steel items, thus, confirming the high quality of our products and protecting the safety needs of our clients.

The company recognizes aprimary importance to the Internationalization of its products and wants notonly to export the wrought iron and the stainless steel components in most ofthe foreign countries (134 at the end of 2007) through its dealers, but also to establish its ownbranches abroad.

Notwithstanding the use ofnew technology and new material, Ind.i.a. S.P.A. pays a lot of attention to thetradition, that is peculiar of the Wrought Iron craft, starting initiatives ofcommunication, unique in its field: it has the only web site dedicated to theWrought Iron, the biggest Bibliography of Wrought Iron and at last a privateand invaluable collection of old statues that portray Blacksmith Figures.Ind.i.a. S.P.A. exports all over the world not only a product but also a CULTURE.

Ind.i.a. S.P.A. recognizesthat also the environment is very important for the success of its business.

According to theenvironmental, urban, security and sanitation rules, Management engages itselfin:

● reducing the environmentalimpact, checking and decreasing the emission in the air and in the ground, thenoisiness through the correct technology.

● improving theenvironmental efficiency through the reduction of the energetic consumption,the use of unpolluting products, the maintenance of natural and culturalidentity of territory.

● preventing the pollutionand the consumption sources, in order to reach the maximum “ecoefficiency”;

● following the legalinstructions and any other rule that the Organisation submits for theenvironmental aspects.

The Management will alsopromote initiatives in agreement with the principles of the protection of theenvironment and will cooperate with other organisations for the economic,formative or cultural purposes.

Today innovation, uniqueness, and the ability to continuously improve cannot be ignored if we want to create a product or service that is able to satisfy the changes of the market as well as the client's requests.
Ind.I.A. spa thinks that it is essential to qualify this reality through a system of quality management to meet this challenge, and the system certification according to ISO 9001 is an effective tool that guides all activities, improving efficiency and internal productivity, thus directing the company to continuous improvement.

The market, which is also supported by new European and International policies, is even more sensitive to the "environment" variable, which has become an essential socio-economic factor. Environmental certification according to ISO 14001 or EMAS environmental statement, are the tools that private and public organizations have at their disposal to achieve the goal of sustainable development: On this basis, IND.IA spa has committed an organizational tool for managing the environmental impact of its activities.

To highlight the safety and quality level of its products, Ind.i.a. spa has certified a wide range of Arteferro Inox elements. This certification is issued by Tüv and ensures the company's ability to produce products that respect reference standards. In this way the company not only reaps benefits in terms of image, but also enhances the particular and significant characteristics that differentiate our product from others in the same category.

he European law 89/106/CEE, DPR 246/93 establishes that all the complete building elements, intended to be installed in areas reached by people (among these also the gates) must meet a series of important safety requirements, which must be observed by the builders.
